Richard Adams
Richard Adams, age 75 of Toledo, died Monday June 16, 2008 at home with his loving family at his side. He was born September 29, 1932 in Peru, IN to Mr. & Mrs. Albert (Hazel) Adams. Dick retired after 23 years at Butler Paper and enjoyed bowling and fishing.
Survived by his wife, Sue Adams; son, Don (Kate) Adams of Toledo; daughter, Jenne (Mitch) Mitchell of Covington, GA; stepsons, Dan (Maria) Douglas of Adrian, Tim (Theresa) Douglas of Toledo, Robert (Judy) Anderson of Maumee and Richard Anderson (Crystal Barnes) of Toledo; stepdaughters, Ann (Dave) Fincher of Oregon, Jean (Dana) Darnell of Toledo and Windy (Joe) Kirtlink of Toledo; 44 grandchildren; 37 great-grandchildren; brother, Robert Adams of Columbus; sisters, Mildred, Bertha and Betty all of Columbus. He was preceded in death by his parents; grandchildren, Robert Anderson and Kathrine Anderson; stepdaughter, Vickie Miller and sister, Mary.
Friends will be received at Blanchard-Strabler Funeral Home (1163 W. Sylvania at Lockwood, 419-269-1111) on Thursday from 2-8 PM, where services will be held on Friday at 10 AM. Memorials may be directed to Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
